Fantastic aftercare

A couple of months after ordering a pair of glasses from Spec-Savers Rosebank, the frame started showing problems. I got in touch with Spec-Savers on Facebook, and they referred the matter to Mr. Sean de Kock, optometrist at the Rosebank branch. He immediately got in touch with me and sorted out my query in no time. The reception staff were also great and kept me updated every step of the way.

Additionally, Sean did some in-depth testing and patiently helped me to find the perfect pair of contact lenses. He is meticulous and seems passionate about his work. I couldn't have asked for better and friendlier service. Thank you.
