FALSE /MISLEADING WOZA DEALS SAlE

I approached Spec savers Blue route mall in July 2024 when I saw the advertized Woza deal poster for R899. I spoke to a young gentleman and asked how does this work as I am desperately in need of spec? He said that is the price I will pay I was blown away because specs I've always needed has now become affordable to me. I asked him are you sure? He rep**** yes.I booked an appointment immediately. Went for everest optometrist recommends multifocals still unaware of the price change at this point as I was assured I will get an eye test and specs for R899??? I ended up with a bill of R2500..I dealt with Robyn who then explained to me I can pay the amount off. Very reluctantly agreed as I need specs for work and daily use.she told me once 70 % has been paid I will be able to receive my specs and pay the balance remaining off. I paid R500 on day and then went into store to make another payment of R1000 i was helped by Ruth who i then asked about receiving specs after 70%was paid she said yes they will now send my specs off to the lab to have made. I was so excited as im finally going to receive my specs. I received a call 3 days ago from Declin who told me the soecs is ready for collection. I asked him about the balance? To my suprise I first need to pay the full R2500 before I can get my specs. Again misleading sales very disappointed by the whole experience. I paid R1500 from R899 advertised and told to me and yet to date still no specs. I spoke to Robyn over the phone and explained the whole experience has been misleading and I want my money back as I can't afford it. She told me she will speak to her manager and call me back. Still no call still no specs still R1500 out of pocket. Money I did not have. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.
