False advertising for Clicks points

I made my glasses in Spec Saver kloof street in January 2025. On the sales form, you have the option to choose to receive points of the purchase value of the glasses on your Clicks card, this was told to me in the store at the time of sale.I provided my Clicks Clubcard details as I aware of the points I would receive. Everything was done and paid for but yet I never received my Clubcard points, and still no points, email or any information about that. Are you lying to close a sale or does this company's system not work? or False advertising?
