False advertising and bad customer service

I went to specsavers in Randburg for comprehensive eye test. I used medical aid and was told patient portion is R2100.I was told will get a free frame worth R1500 and was told quotation is valid for 7days.

I called them Today to re-do the quotation since I don't have that patience portion. Some rude guy told me I will forfeit the free frame since I want to remove some few things as prescribed by DR. Specsavers are pathetic *****,********* and bad customer service.
