False advertising

I'm just disgusted by the terrible service I received from spec savers. The eye testing was fantastic and I'm happy with my glasses. I however made the mistake of taking an account cause I could not afford to pay cash at the time for my glasses. I was convinced to take a 6 month interest free account which does not exist. I was told I have to make extra payments which include interest or pay cash. I could have waited until I had cash for the glasses now I'm stuck with an account I have to pay for 18 months. False adverting and I will NEVER use your sevices again disgusted.
