Extremely unprofessional service

I had my eyes tested at Spec savers N1 City in the beginning of the year and trial contacts was given to me.Nobody from the stores contacted me to find out if the trial is working or not,so I contacted them and they ordered the 6 pairs of contacts for in March,was contacted to collect contact lenses .It was lockdown and i did not us the lenses cause I was working from home and used my spectacles.They are very unprofessional and couldnt care less about their customers

When I eventually used it in September,the strength of the lenses were not what the trial pair were.Contacted Specsavers and had another eye test done. They ordered another set of trial but a different brand. I gave the ones I purchased back to them.I fetch and weared it.To date nobody contacted me to find out how the lenses is doing.
