Extremely poor service

I booked an appointment and received a confirmation email. On the day of the eye test where i had to travel about 30kms to the store, i was told that did not make an appointment. When i showed the lady the confirmation email, she mentioned that i was late and they are already preparing for another patient.

I doubt i will come back to this store.
