Extremely bad service

About a year ago my wife went to your shop in wonderpark mall where she bought spectacles, everything went well until one day I received a call from a certain Tony Oldrat, this horrible guy has been threatening to take me to lawyers because the medical aid doesn't want to pay my bill and this is as a result of his negligence and incompetence, the medical aid says he should have sorted this issue out within four months which he failed to, this leaves me wondering how a brand as big as you can employ such a useless individual . He send a bill to my medical aid and didn't send the script as per procedure, the medical aid send him a correspondence asking for the script which he then send, now the problem is, this no good *********** guy send a bill which has my name on it and the script is on my wife's name as she is the one with a visual problem and not me, now the medical aid will not pay for this as it's obviously ********** and he wants to blame me and hold me liable for this fault. He has called me on a number of occasions and he is very rude and lacks telephone adicate and am sick of hearing his rude voice, please sort this issue out and make it clear to this Tony that he is not the only one with legal representatives. This issue has been dragging for far too long and it needs to stop.
