******ion at Spec Savers

Spec savers insists on charging a non optional Lens Hardening Fee to your prescription glasses , regardless of your medical aid benefits. What is strange though is that they do not have to " harden" the lenses on the free sunglasses that are made on their promotion..... can somone please wxplain this form of ******ion to me???

And the reason im stuck with this service provider, is that my med aid Bonitas , via thier outsourced resource PPN (who are a nightmare to get in contact with), have discontinued vision works as a service provider, vision works whom i have had no issues with, getting my previous prescription
