EXPLOITERS OF YOUR MEDICAL AID...BEWARE

On 26 September 2019, I had my eyes checked at Spec Savers West Street Durban,. To date the contact lens that I was supposed to have got on a trial basis never materialised. During every one of the 12 calls made, the staff promised to get back to me. Spec Savers were quick to claim the funds from my medical aid with no actual service being rendered, They are a bunch of *********** individuals that are there merely to ******* the medical aid. Disgusting service rendered, Stay away from SPEC SAVERS
