Exceptional service 👏 👌

I would like to recommend the lady who have assisted me at spec saver rustenburg square.. she was not just a pretty face but she was extremely professional. Her customer service skills were out of this well.. I bought my glasses from a different optometry around town about 6months ago.. by accident the frame broke.. I then took it back for either repair or replacement.. They couldn't assist with any of my requests instead they were all about making extra cash.. I was offered an option to order new frames and pay for couriers services..

I then requested my broken frame, I went to spec savers in rustenburg square.. I was welcome by a white beautiful lady(I forgot to check the name on the tag) with a beautiful smile.. she welcomed me.. I explained my frustrations which she tried to assist choosing the new Frame however since it was a different brand which was not on their shelves.. she then suggested that I take a sit she'll try fixing them.. well she eventually got my Frame fixed in no time and at no cost.. I will be changing my glasses next year as I will require a different Frame and lenses. AND definitely I'll use spec savers rustenburg square..

Thank you so much for saving me money and stress of not having my glasses as I couldn't be without them.
