Exceptional Service

Spec-Savers at The Marc in Sandton is by far miles ahead of any computation, as there service is of exceptional high quality. They go out of there way to help and assist customers. My spectacles frame broke on Friday afternoon late. I ran into there shop for assistance and was helped immediately. I had to select a new frame, and my spectacles had to be send away for fitment. I asked them to have it done ASAP as I'm 6 days away from going to Germany for the holidays. They promised me that the spectacles will be ready by Tuesday. I was very skeptical, but they proofed me wrong. Early Tuesday morning before 09:00 they phoned me to come and pick up the spectacles with the new frame fitted. I'm extremely grade full for there exceptional service. Well done to all. Much appreciated.
