Exceptional level of service.

After a horrible experience with Spec-Savers Carnival Mall, I was reluctant to return to the franchise for an eye test, as the previous occasion after confirmation of an appointment, an optometrist was not available.

Be that as it may, I have taken the plunge again and returned to the franchise for an eye test, albeit a different store - Lakeside Mall branch. At this branch I was pleasantly surprised, phoning me a day before to confirm my appointment, completing the eye examination timeously, without having to wait too long, getting personnel to assist with choosing a frame and then keeping me in the loop of what is going on with regards to the finished prescription glasses.

I'd like to extend my gratitude to Abby and Melissa specifically, as well as the management of Lakeside Mall Spec-Savers, as I am really impressed with the level of service I have received from them, including the communication on the progress of my prescription.

Hopefully other branches can learn from this branch as to how to conduct business.
