Excellent Service - Lakeside Mall
Good day. I unfortunately broke my glasses frame - fortunately I didn't break the glass lenses. The style of the frame was almost a year old, and there were no compatible frames in the shop. SIPHESIHLE assisted me - She went out of her way to find a compatible frame somewhere else in the the RSA. The broken frame was replaced and glasses returned to normal usage. This was a great cost saver for me.
