Excellent service from Spec-Savers Highveld Mall, Emalahleni
I am very impressed with the prompt response I received from Spec-Savers after my review of 11 June 2021. On Tuesday 15 June 2021 I left Spec-Savers Highveld Mall with the lenses refitted and very satisfied.
Spec-Savers at Highveld Mall, Emalahleni went out off their way to address the problem I had with my new varifocal lenses. They phoned to to confirm an appointment for a new eye test. I truly appreciated the efforts Philip Duminy made with the test and his explanations. He even followed-up with an SMS to make sure I am satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they are an excellent team.
Thank you once again Spec-Savers Highveld Mall.
