Excellent Service

Good day,

I went for my appointment at Specs saver on Saturday, and it was a busy day for then. The consultant that assisted me was helpful, advising me about my points, my discounts 🤭 culculations, and medical aid.

As much it was busy, she will apologise and assist someone if they have a question or direct them to the right direction and get back to me. She was nice and had a smile from the minute until I left the branch. I was looking for a specific frame they didn't have it, she went an extra mile and call another branch to get it.

She was amazing, this is not the first time am doing my specs however this isn't he first time am receiving this kind of assistance. I'm not saying the service was bad before however she was Wonderful and amazing at the same time.
