Excellent Service at Spec-Savers N1 City Mall

What stood out for me at Spec-Savers N1 City Mall was the fact that time lines set by the staff were met and in all instances exceeded. My appointment was for 10:30am and I was attended to at 10:20am. I was advised that it would take 14-21 days before I could collect my new spectacles and I collected them after 10 days. All the staff are to commended for their friendliness, professionalism and their commitment to excellent customer service. I am very impressed by Spec-Savers and will recommend them to everyone I know.
