After waiting over a month just for a call back from the Biyela Mall branch, Nana was a breath of fresh air. She listened attentively to my problem and went completely out of her way to liaise and follow up with the Galleria Mall branch in Amanzimtoti regarding my insurance. Within just one week, she sorted out all the arrangements, helped me pick a new frame, and scheduled my new glasses. Nana is an absolute asset to Spec-Savers.
