Excellent customer service
I had a very pleasant experience with Spec-Savers Stellenbosch, there's a pair of sunglasses I like and saw online. I then decided to email the closest branch to find out they have it on stock and if it's part of the Summer Promotion. Within a few minutes I was contacted with all the information I needed.
