Excellent customer service

I purchased a pair of spectacles in January 2015 and after making payment and the specs going off to be made I realised I wanted to change the frame. I thought it would be almost impossible but took a chance and tried my luck anyway. I spoke to Bradon at the Cavendish branch who said I should come see him once I collect my specs (the ones I no longer wanted). I showed him the new frame I wanted he said he would get it sorted for me,he really went the EXTRA mile keeping me updated on what was happening regarding the new specs, after lots of time and effort on his side I finally got them! Thank you Bradon for the outstanding customer service and perseverance u deserve a raise! Keep up the good work. I will definitely be returning to specs savers Cavendish in the future.
