Ewan has won me as a customer
Ewan has won you a customer. Spec Savers Riverside Mall, Cape Town I was in the store with a friend who needed help with repair to his glasses. I found a pair of frames i liked, however as my medical aid benefit only kicks in about a month from now I had to wait. This meant that the current special offer would expire. Ewan went out of his way to make this happen. bottom line - on 10th March I will be able to come in for my eyetest, get new glasses , WITH the frames he's keeping AND all at the special price!
He has communicated with me along the way and best of all his positive and friendly personality lights up my day.
