Enough is Enough Spec-Savers Brackenfell

<p>My wife and I have been supporting the above mentioned institution for the last 10 years BUT my last experience I had with them will ensure that they'll never see me again. Anyone in Brackenfell or Northern Suburbs please reconsider doing business with this pathetic branch. They truly don't know how to treat customers. They must be under new management, that's all I can think. After waiting the prescribed amount of days, I had to contact them to ask if my new specs were ready. "Oh yes, didn't we let you know?" was the response I got. I then realised they didn't put the tint on the specs for which I paid R 1612.50 for. They said I could bring it in and that they would send it away again. At this stage I already made up my mind that I didn't want to do business with them again and I rather asked for a refund. I had to phone twice to get them to send me the refund request form via email. I returned the form immediately only to discover 3 days later that they haven't done anything with it. When I phoned to follow up they said it must still be sent to head office. What did they do for those 3 days??? Absolutely nothing. I was informed that I would have my money in 24 hours. 3 to 4 days later and nothing yet. The bookkeeper was apparently off sick and no one could approve payments. Well this morning I got a sms notification that they refunded R 1276.00. I enquired this morning and they tried to explain to me something that only a professional ***** would understand. Well done Spec-Savers Brackenfell, you just lost a loyal customer and if I can warn just one person that is considering going to their branch then I will be content!</p>
