Don't use SpecSavers Eastgate branch
Waiting over a week now for my refund . Sent 20 emails to date . Not even a curteous email back to say we apologize for the delay !! Left a couple of messages with Happiness at the Eastgate branch who reluctantly called back a few days later . Told her I would be posting on HelloPeter but was not worried at all . Bad bad attitude to doing business
