Don’t deliver in Time!
Been a loyal client to Spec-Savers…I went for a test. They called 3 weeks to say my glasses are ready but I’m still waiting for my contact lances! How long does it take?? This is bad service- I don’t understand why my glasses are ready but contact lances are not or was it an empty about the trial lances??! I don’t expect such service.
