Dont care about clients.this is not a dress order

First i battled with Spec Savers to get approval from my medical aid now also their 5 frames they give you to choose from. I was told on my link it would be 10 working days for my glasses to be done.i was following the progress of my glasses where i was show my glasses are being prepared and it would be ready between the 18th and 21st February.to my suprise today i get an sms and now they telling me there is a delay in which my glasses are only going to be ready between the 23 to 28th February...i am visually impared and i wouldnt be following up constantly if i didnt need my glasses.yourl are acting like yourl are doing me a favour..so i must lose my job at the expense of your no sense of urgency for your customers or is it you get what your medical aid is...this really is pathetic to say the least and i dont know why im bothering to complain even cause you just dont care...i cant afford to wait longer and if i had a choice id cancel and go to another service provider.
