Don't bother wasting your time

Spec Savers Mall @ Reds- Had my eye test done almost a month ago and when I first collected my glasses two weeks later they were faulty. I then had to return the glasses and it has been another two weeks since then and still no glasses. When I called the first time to find out what is going on, I was told my glasses would be ready the following day, and again nothing. When I phoned again I was told they can't trace my glasses and something got mixed up at the lab and so apparently my lenses are in someone else's glasses. This is scary when you are trusting them to give you the correct lenses for your eyes and yet now you can't be too sure. What they 'save' you on money, they just waste on your time!
