DO NOT ORDER online you will waste your time

I Ordered Frame online with percription lenses via Specsavers Online system.<br> Specsavers confirmed the order and gave me the option to print it, which i did and that is exactly there where the silence began.<br> A week after ordering the frames and lenses I call there call centre to check on the order, they then simply said that they cant help me, i need to call Melyn, Melyn was extremely friendly and accomodating, But alas, thereafter the silence continued, another week went by and still no feedback.<br> <br> On their website they say that the lenses can take 3- 5 days after confirmaiton of order (business days) to manufacture etc, and another 2 days for delivery<br> <br> Its been almost 2 weeks and the ORDER HASN\T EVEN BEEN CONFIRMED YET!!!<br> <br> Dont waste your time, use a competitor instead, They just have no concept of customer service or keeping their patrons informed.<br> <br> PS: Be very carefull when falling for their Edgcon services partnership, Online it seems like you can just pay with your Thank U card, but this option is limited to a secret bunch of Stores.<br> <br> Call centre also has no idea which stores these would be and advises you to call all there stores yourself, and check it that way."
