Disturbed

So, around Oct 2019 I went for an eye test and received my prescription glasses at SPECSAVERS SOUTHGATE. January 2020 I was hijacked, everything taken including my glasses. I then claimed from insurance and was assisted by a Miss Gamede. It is now mid March and I'm still waiting, I call in at least 3 times a week. Roy has been assisting me since he advised Miss Gamede left Specsavers. He had promised I would get my glasses this past Monday, that never happened. I called in yesterday, he promised to call me and deliver... Even that was a rumor. The nerve, I was advised there would be a delivery charge... Mind you, I've been waiting from beginning of Feb for these glasses.
