Dissatisfied Loyal Customer
I am very disappointed in the shocking service I last received from the Spec-savers store we have been patrons of for the past decade. My husband and children had their optical examinations and selected the spectacle frames at the Cresta branch in March of 2023. To date I have not received any updates or communications from the store as to when we can come through and collect our spectacles or if they were delivering them to me. Please can I get some assistance with resolving this.

Yes Thank you for the call pity you did not leave me a message . I don't really have time guessing who called . Making me look bad not answering your one call.. You must have call restrictions on the number you used , as i could not return the missed call i had ( not even sure it was you? as no message was left . It seem this is the way Spec Savers operate by giving a call sorry for you if they can't get hold of you . You are welcome to send people a E-mail or Message. (sms)
