Dismissive and utterly rude reception staff - Chilli lane store

The Spec Savers in Chilli lane sunninghill really needs to re-evaluate the reception staff. The lady that i dealt with was so rude and dismissive and made me feel lower than a piece of ******* under her shoe. I have never in my life been made to feel more unwelcome and like i was creating such an issue in her life. I walked out. Spec Savers will never see me as a customer ever again and i will definitely not recommend them to anyone! i walked out and will never be back. To the receptionist all i can say is if you dont like your job please do the customers a favour and rather leave as there are many people wanting employment and will do the job with a smile and make people feel welcome.
