Dishonest employees

I went in store and requested that I don't want to pay for anything out of my pocket but everything should be paid by the medical aid as a condition.

The lady requested my medical aid card and gave it to her check on the computer and after checking she said everything is clear we can proceed. Though she explained that there would be a limit on the frame and it was not a problem for me as long as I am not making any payment from my own pocket. We proceeded with the eye test, thereafter they took me to choose a frame accordingly. After all they said I must collect my glasses after two weeks. To my shock they say I must pay R2000.00 which goes against the conditions of my purchase.

Spec saver cannot constitute business in dishonesty and legalise me for their dishonest employees. That is absolutely abuse and unfair business practice.
