Disgusting service - Will never recommend this branch

I received atrocious service from your Ottery Branch, firstly they advised that my niece never had an appointment which I had booked online and received a notification for, so she was not seen on the scheduled date which I then had to take off again to attend yet another appointment for her. Then today when she was seen by the disgusting optometrist she was bul**** by this person and left your store in tears! This is not on, if your staff want to bully anyone let them bully me because unlike a defenseless little girl they will meet their match with me.
