Disgusting service Spec Saver Mall of Africa

Dear Spec-Savers Mall of Africa

I have visited your branch twice and both times I received shocking service. First time I came looking for glasses for my son and I received no help, the lady sat behind the counter and ignored me completely as if I was not there and when I finally asked her if their cresta branch would have the glasses I wanted she told me their systems are not linked and I'd have to go check myself with a massive attitude. Thank you to the team at cresta they made the experience memorable. This year I was due for my new pair. I visited the mall of africa branch again 2 weeks ago and the two ladies sitting behind the counter completely ignored me and continued looking at their cellphones discussing what to order from uber eats. Absolutely disgusting service, I spent 20mins in your branch and I was not acknowledged even once.
