Disgusting service!

I was discriminated against and mishandled at SpecSavers Riverside, Bryanston. I did a walk in with them on a Wednesday and was told they could not accommodate me in the immediate as they had a client coming in the next 5 minutes. This sounds reasonable so I booked an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment the next day, they let another client go before me as he arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. This is where I start to ask questions because just the day before I was told that is not allowed. The receptionist told me the optometrist took the decision by himself to take another client. I should wait for him so he explains himself. I give them the benefit of the doubt and start picking lenses in the meantime. When the optometrist comes out, he does not apologize or acknowledge how I was inconvenienced and he just goes straight to asking for my ID number as if we are in a sweatshop. I ask him if that's how he treats his clients and his response is "oh that, yeah. Sorry. Let's test your eyes"

Zero remorse. Poor treatment. I would like to warn customers against them
