Disgusting and unacceptable service
I am totally disgusted at the service. I went to Spec savers Butterworth FINGOLAND mall 2 week of March after sitting there for almost 2 hours I was attended to as they were waiting for autorization from my medical aid which they received I would assume as my test was done. I even chose frames. Around the 3rd of June I tried phoning to no avail. I then proceeded to go to the other branch around the 10th of June but was told they can see my consult but can't see the authorization from my medical aid . I was told that they going to check with my medical aid and revert. I still have not received any feedback almost a week later

24 Jun 2020, 12:46Still did not get a formal response to my query. I was told I'm not on medical which is ridiculous as I have just had surgery at a private hospital which medical aid has approved. It is clear tge staff is *********** or not interested as I am in the store currently the staff member called medical aid once. She was cut off and didn't bother to call back she is currently attending to other clients. Don't I matter. Further to this I called 5 minutes before I went to the store and was told the person dealing with my query was busy. When I get there 5minutes later I'm told his out blatant lies
