Disgusting and belittling Service from Spec savers Centurion mall

Disgusting Service. On Tuesday 23 September 2025 I went to enquire about an eye Test. I was Met by a Friendly Consultant by the name of Lerato it was just before Closing she I told her I need an eye test and was not sure if they take my medical aid she Explained that there's a special whilst looking through her file and also explained she doesn't know how it works as shes still new..during our conversation a very Iritated Ronel Prinsloo came saying we dont take "Savings "medical aid i told her its not a Savings but she rudely insisted it was without knowing which medical aid it is i then continued talking to Lerato who seemed scared at this point and nervous..Ronel could not hide her irritating when I asked her if I was irritating her she looked me in my face and said yes Lerato tried to help by saying no shes irritated with me referring to herself as I should know. I was extremely taken a back when Ronel said yes she should know. Ive been a client of Specsavers for as long as I can remember and never have a been handled that way. I need this taken up @specsavers Centurion mall.
