Disgusting

<p>i had an eye check up a years ago had to pay extra for the frame n coating. I did not have the money then so had to wait for month end. I forgot n they just never bothered to call n remind me. Then now they called me to remind me of my specs renewal. Renewal of specs that are in their cupboard ? Now that they have paired with most medical aid n medical insurance they just don't care about customers anymore n I think spec savers east gate takes the trophy they promised to call n find out from the medical insurance how much they will pay so I can organize the difference they just never bothered nor to call n remind me of my appointment. Is their teaming up with the medical aid n insurance a worse thing that could have happened to a point that they are neglecting their clients? What service is this I need my glasess I don't use them to decorate my eyes but to help me see. Why charge me for specs laying in ur cupboard ?</p>
