Disgusted and frustrated by ********** claims.

Paid co-payment for specs ordered from specsavers Cape Gate to the amount of R1250.00. About two months later I received an SMS from them claiming I must pay the amount knowing I already paid. I searched all over but couldn't find the receipt. So I wanna know how is it possible that they themselves have NO PROOF of issuing the specs. No recollection or computerized evidence when and by who specs was collected . There's no way I will pay TWICE!!!
