Disgusted ...

<p>In January I went for an eye test like each year , got my new spectacles , I received two pairs if which one of them I wear most of the time , the other only sometimes on weekends . I went to Specsavers in Lakeside Mall Benoni and gave a complain of my one pair that I wear very seldom , I showed them that the paint is coming off , weird because I dont wear it much , anyway , the one guy said it could be a factory fault. He called the manager to come assist me .. Oh my .... Guess what she said ? I must put see through nail polish on then it would stop from coming off , problem is why does only one paur do that and not the other one too .. My spectacles is not even 6 months old ! So I have to fix it with Nail Polish ? How could I do that if its not a problem from my side ? So they are trying to be a good company with faults ... Unacceptable !! </p>
