Discounting a Patient's Pain is never Ok!! Worst service Ever.

I received the worst service at Spec-Saver Olivedale branch. Especially considering it being my 1st ever eye test. I've been having serious migraines that we later discovered was all due to eye strain and I needed glasses. I got prescribed a pair ...paid for it few days later the migraines were getting worse that I could barely be on my laptop and continue with my assignments...so I called in asking if I could atleast get a Doctor's note for my lecturers so I could get assignment extensions or atleast prescribe me something I could perhaps take to ease the pressure from my eyes And what does the Doc say..."I cannot do anything for you, you should've came in for an eye test earlier and just take normal painkillers.." she even chuckled...It really ****ed me off especially considering how no ordinary painkiller was working and the pain was unbearable....However the receptionist was very pleasant and professional she deserves a 5 star..but definitely not that Doctor...
