Disappointment and disgusting experience

Went to spec savers promenade mall , utterly disgusting service and lack of understanding and professionalism. I wanted contact lenses , they did the eye test ON A SATURDAY!! , I work Monday to Friday 8am-6pm off on weekends. They told me that they will contact me when the lenses arrive for a fitting and testing , they called me saying order has arrived and that the appointments are only during weekdays after 4pm , I told them I'm unavailable during weekdays can they make the appointment on the weekend they told me No " contact lenses fittings are during weekdays ONLY " , I did ask them to please make an exception they said NO . Never using that branch again or the company. I have since cancelled the whole thing because whats the point. Just wish they would have let me know from the get go that appointments for contact lenses are only available weekdays after 4pm.
