Disappointing Service - Spec-Savers SA

I took advantage of the Winter Promo Spec-Savers is offering at the moment, and I am very disappointed by the level of service I received from Spec-Savers Irene Mall branch. I went for an eye test over 2 weeks ago and I was told I need bifocal lenses. I received my glasses on Monday and they made a mistake and gave me readers only. Why would I pay so much money for readers when I have a pair of reading glasses at home? I was told on Monday to wait longer, as they reception needs to check and verify the lenses with the Optometrist (even though my prescription was recorded in my file). Then only will they order the correct lenses for me. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks or longer, possibly, as they have to order the lenses internationally. How can you get this wrong Spec-Savers? I then proceeded to write this review on the Spec-Savers Facebook page and sent them a Messenger. My review was deleted by Spec-Savers from their Facebook page and they sent a Messenger reply apologizing for the inconvenience, saying that they will address this matter with urgency. I heard nothing and sent them another message yesterday, then they gave me a guarantee that a representative will contact me yesterday, still nothing. I feel that you pay so much money for a pair of glasses and the level of service is terrible. To make it worse, the day I was at the branch to pay for the glasses, a student assisted me, and billed me for single lenses, putting me under the impression that I will receive the correct glasses.
