Disappointing service

Bought prescription glasses for my son worth 1899 on the 20th of September 2025.yesterday I went to the branch to see if the frame can be repaired since it accidentally broke, I was told that the glasses I purchased do not have insurance since it was a student deal. Why was I not informed about this when I purchased the glasses because the is no way in hell I would have bought glasses for a child that are uninsured to cut a long story short I ended up paying R1000 for a new frame. I will never ever use their services
