Disappointing Service

I visited your Promenade branch on the 16th May as I had an appointment. I chose my frame but then on 17th the consultant assisting me contacted my previous home telephone which I currently do not reside at. I was not contacted via my cellphone regarding the frame I chose, which had the wrong sticker on it.

My husband visited the branch on the 20th May to find out about my specs and the consulted then informed him that I should visit the branch to choose a new pair.

I then visited the branch the 24th May to choose the new pair. I contacted the branch last week Friday to ask if it was ready they said unfortunately it was not. I contacted the branch today, the consulted was on lunch and left my details. It was after an hour I contacted the branch now again and they said that it will be available only by next week.

Almost a month? An entire month for my specs!!! I had two pairs made at Spec Savers and this would be my third pair but I have never received such poor service at all.

If this is the service Spec Savers offers, I wont be doing business with you guys again. I am utterly disappointed.
