Disappointing quality of frames

Specsavers specials brings you a "special quality" frame. I went to Specsavers in Alberton City in February 2023 for a pair of single lens reading glasses. I went back on two occasions to have the frame fixed. The right arm was flimsy, and they fixed it but was very loose fitting. On the 3rd occasion, the pair of glasses was taken in, to have the frame replaced. I was informed that there is insurance on the glasses and that I have to pay the excess. I was more than willing to do so. When I went to the store to collect the new pair, the frame did exactly the same as the previous frame. I refused to take the glasses. The person who assisted me, was very accommodating. She said that if this frame brakes, Specsavers will have to do a new quote for a new pair. I will not pay if this happens again because of the quality of the frames.
