Disappointed /? ****med or ******

I have been a client of spec-savers for years have even joined in my wife and kids , last year took my wife for an eye test and glasses, was informed I need to pay an 1650 rand but 825 rand up front otherwise they will not be able to send the measurements trough , they already explained aswell that my medical aid does cover, I explained I don't have money and that I'll need to EFT from home , was told as soon as they get it they will send the measurements trough. I sent the money to the account they gave me, on recieving the glasses I pay the other 825 and was only given a receipt proving I pay the second amount, I tried emailing them and calling and have not gotten my receipt for the 1st one, was not sure if I was ****med or ****** in Specsavers by their employees or what happened
