Dazzling Spec-Savers Customer Service

I went to Spec-Savers West Street Durban on 23 May 2024 around 8am to do eye test for the driving license renewal. I was first assisted over the phone by the front desk consultant, who gave accurate directions to the store. She was polite, friendly and proficient. At the Spec-Savers, the optometrist Thuthuka Mthimkhulu was exceptional. She greeted with warmth, stated her name and communicated throughout the steps of the service. She even provided additional information, and advised on what was needed for my eyes in the future. I am more than delighted to write their review and inform the public of their greatness.
