Dangerous,reckless,incompetence that risks my life

On the 13 March I went to Spec savers in town to request they fix my glasses.I showed the lady my glasses and she said she will order the part.I asked her to order it now so that I could know the cost of the part. She called the supplier and they were doing stock taking so she couldnt be assisted so she said she will order it and call me to let me know how much it was.18 March I went again to Spec savers to enquire about my glasses.I called and never received feedback.I went there only for Oscar to say that there is a part missing and he will order it.27th March when i got there at 9am to collect my glasses, they were still waiting for the part.I told him that I was leaving for Polokwane at 10am and needed my glasses as my drivers license requires I wear them.I sat for more than an hr with him calling other branches with no luck.I went to Safari to look for ask them to help me & Danie helped me.She gave me another frame to take back to Oscar.I gave him the frame and sat for more than an hr waiting for my glasses.I left 12.10 without my glasses for the dangerous roads that killed our Minister 2 weeks ago. They belittled me &called me 15-20min after I left to say my glasses where ready
