Customer service bad

I went for eye test at bluff towers branch for the woza deals afterwards there was only 2frames to choose to from I was not happy , if they didn't have a wider range they could have called me to reschedule my appointment for when they do get stock of more frames , then I also requested a trial pack of contact lense which was in July and I have still not received the trial. I have been a customer for many years and when I complained I just received a sorry nothing else ..this is my last time with this optometrist.. because sorry doesn't solve anything..no compensation just a "sorry "
