Customer service at specsavers Greenacres isn't top priority 9 months later still waiting for contact lenses save to say I will be looking for a new optometrist.

December 2019 Eye test - Contact lenses ordered Test and love it Return and place order No feedback Called - Supplier problems (Understandable) No feedback Visit - Still supplier problems No feedback Call again still the supplier + Covid No feedback until I got super annoyed and called - 03 August 2020 Now they are willing to help I can collect New lenses - They will in the meantime order - 06 August 2020 Receive SMS lenses order ready to collect - 13 August 2020 Get there they hand me another set *which are different from the #10 set I just walked away. 14 August 2020

Any suggestion?
